Mandi Street
Mandi Street is a landscape artist and printmaker whose work captures the energy of place and time through a focus on light, texture, and colour. With a BA in Fine Art and a background as an art teacher, Mandi now dedicates herself to her own artistic practice, exhibiting her work regularly.
Though trained as a painter, Mandi has increasingly embraced linoprinting as her preferred medium. She values the texture and mark-making of relief printing, which she describes as bringing its own life, direction, and force to her work. Her approach is loose and gestural, allowing the materials to guide her creative process.
Specializing in reduction printing, where a single piece of lino is used to create a print, her works are produced in limited numbers, enhancing their uniqueness and collectability. Mandi’s prints reflect her dynamic engagement with both medium and landscape.
