Ceramicon 4

I aim to create ceramics that are more sculptural than conventional round pots. I have been doing art for forty years and am now part of an Artist's cooperative, namely Staffordshire Artists Cooperative in Gallery at 12 in Eccleshall.

My ideas come from either doodling idly or lying half awake and imagine possibilities and shapes. I have no influences that I know of, so they seem to be very individual to me.

I have also done many, many paintings of landscapes, people and abstractions.

A triangular stoneware vase that has been constructed, sliced up and then reconstructed. Three motifs spiral around the surface. Watertight.
