Bonnets

I'm a photographer fascinated by humanity. Human encounters, real or imagined interactions or possibilities of those inform my work. Quite often it is especially subtly humorous moments in daily life to which I am drawn. 

My perspective tend's to be a position of empathic understanding of the human condition.  I mostly work in black and white in the tradition of the great masters of street photography since this narrows the information available to only light and subject matter. This allows a greater emphasis for a deeper level of comprehension.
