Please carefully note which works have been "selected" and which works have been "reserved". You must supply all selected and reserved works. We reserve the right to make substitutions between reservered and selected work at our discretion. Works that have not been selected will not appear.

If you have received this link then you have had at least one work selected for the show. If no results are returned, it will likely be because we have recorded your name inaccurately and not because you have had no works selected. Please get in touch with us to confirm your work.

Delivering Work in Person
All work must arrive no later than Sunday 30th June, 16:00

If you are delivering work in person you should complete the below form to let us know when to expect you. You will be asked to pick a day and hour for your drop off.

In person deliveries should be made to the exhibition venue:

Artizan Collective Gallery
Unit 5, Fleet Walk, 74 Fleet St, Torquay TQ2 5EB

IMPORTANT: There is no longer any vehicular access to the front of the venue at any time. Your nearest parking is Fleet Walk Car Park which is a short walk from the venue. For best access, park on Level 3 and follow signs to exit the car park for the shops. This will bring you onto the upper level of the shopping centre. Use either set of escalators to descend to the main high street. If you use the escalator by Sports Direct turn left to walk up the high street. If you use the escalator by TK Maxx turn right to walk down the high street. We are next door to Diechmann Shoes.

IMPORTANT: We have a list of artists who based on the scale of their work we believe may need priority access for deliveries. If you believe you may be on this list or have other accessibility requirements we may not be aware of, we can offer a limited number of delivery slots each day to a separate service bay. Please email us if you think this may apply to you.

Couriering Work

Where work is being couriered you must provide tracking details and let us know in advance the expected arrival date.
Framing and Presentation
Please make sure all provided works meet our standards of framing and presentation outlined in our Terms and Conditions. In particular, where works are framed and glazed we do not accept work behind Perspex and all canvases under 3cm deep must be presented in a frame. If you believe there may be an exception for your work, please get in touch.
Browsers & Cards
The below additional items can be provided with your selected works:

Up to 3 browser works OR similar items such as art books (alternative items must be approved by the gallery in advance, please email us details)

15 original cards (i.e. not digitally printed) OR 30 printed cards made up of a maximum of 3 designs (i.e. 3 lots of 10 cards)
These items should be provided labelled and priced inclusive of commission rates advertised on the call.

The below links can be used to download promotional materials for use in print and online. We will update these periodically throughout the exhibition and notify you as we do.

- These files are generated automatically from submission information and occassionally errors occur. Rejected or reserved works are sometimes included or typos may be present. If you spot any inaccurate materials please do not use them and let us know if necessary.
